HELLO, WAZUNGU! Aka… white people!

Made it to Machakos for ABO, we’re staying on this college campus for Africans. It’s very remote and away from the city and stores.  So if you don’t hear from me until end of month, know everything is fine. Learning about African culture and trying all kinds of Kenyan dishes.
We all got to share our stories with each other. It’s awesome to see how the King has worked in our lives so differently but shown His Gr8ce and Mer8y to all. It’s kinda like camp or dorm life, we all are trying to learn each other, the African students and have little fun as well. We play card games or other game at night, have tea like 2/3 times a day, walk to dining hall for meals and share bathrooms. We are planning to take a Hike on one of the mountain nearby. I haven’t taken many pictures at all yet, but my roomie is supper great at pictures so I might copy some of hers! J
Starting to miss the little things…caffeine, my girlsJ, comfort food… the little bit of candy I packed has helped, paved roads, cold water, ice.
